WDW calendar two weeks out

WDW official calendar is finally displaying for me again. (I had another thread questioning / sputtering about the changes.)
I noticed that there are longer hours again. . . in particular for 2/22. I know they change frequently. Awhile back - MK closing on 2/22 was at 10pm, then, it had dropped to 8pm, is now listed as 10pm again (1am with EMH.)
What are your thoughts -- Is it safe to plan on this? ( In general -- how far out do you trust the hours posted ---in the past I thought two weeks out would be pretty accurate -- is it more day of, now? )

Disney has always had the option to change hours up to and including any particular day, so really I've never fully trusted the hours until the day of (and even then, at least once they changed in the middle of the day because of weather).
