Disney Dollars at Resteraunts?

Can I use Disney dollars at any of the resort or park resteraunts?

According to Disney Dollars (http://intercot.com/infocentral/money/disneydollars.asp) "accepted as cash throughout the Walt Disney World Resort."

Can you leave a tip with these Disney Dollars? Can the cast members cash them in for real dollars?

I think there are some restaurants that are non Disney. I know last year at the Brewing works on the Boardwalk, they would not accept a Disney gift card as payment. I believe Fultons Crab House is also non-Disney. I'd ask before ordering.

i was curious if they were still using disney dollars. i'm glad they are because those things are awesome! ok, maybe a little overboard but i love trading my cash for disney dollars. as in a pp i would definitely ask before ordering, but i couldn't see why they wouldn't if it is a disney restaurant.
