Forgetful ~ Help?

I know this is probably quite daft but I'm not as young as I used to be and not very good at using this forum yet.
Is there some way of being able to track what threads you have posted or posted in? I get involved with some really great ones ~ then can't find them again.:(

if you click on your name in the post above and a list pops down and it says find all posts by _______________

Next to the name of the threads there is an envelope. An arrow appears through the envelope if you that you have made posts in that thread. I use this a lot to scan down the list to find the threads that I have posted in.

You could also look at the header and click on User CP (user control panel) and this gives you a list of all the threads you have posted on that have recently been updated.
