Another recipe I'd love to have...

is for the Chocolate Chip cookies you can buy in the candy shop in Germany. They have a layer of caramel & a layer of coconut frosting. My absolute favorite snack in all of WDW! I've got a great recipe for the frosting, but the actual cookie is different than anything I've ever had. It huge & very dense (takes me about 3 days to completly finish) & I think it has some coconut also. I'd love to make these at home if anyone knows the recipe.:tasty:

I don't have the recipe but you sure made me want to try the cookie. It's on my list of Epcot snacks for April now. :thumbsup:
