We bought a paper box-type lamp from China in Epcot. Just got home last night, opened it this morning, and we're missing pieces to put it together. Do I call the store directly or the WDW merchandising # (if so, what's the number?)?

I would call the number that's on your receipt. They usually put the number on that. Chances are it's the WDW Merchandising number.

Actually, most of the shops in the WS are third-party. So the receipt won't have the number. You'd have to contact the store directly.

The number for WDW Merchandising is 407-363-6200.
I would call them in any case and explain the situation.
If they cannot handle it, they will be able to direct you to the right place.

we had bought a glass tree topper from germany in epcot one year, and the tip got broken. They sent us a new one!! It was Disney merchandising....not the Germany store.
