It has been several years since we ate there but I remember being happy with the food there.

Food isn't bad but is it part of the 2009 dinng plan. I get different answers depending who you ask.:cloud9:

I haven't eaten there, but my friends and I had a great time at the bar there. It's a neat looking bar and our bartender was GREAT!

Several years ago we tried it for lunch and had mixed opinions. I thought the food was tasty, but the meat was kinda dry. My wife didn't like it at all.

I'm of the opinion that any restaurant should be given at least 2 chances, with an ample amount time between visits. Reason being, any restaurant, chef, server, etc can have a bad day and it can potentially ruin the experience. So, I'm ready to give them another try, but I have to convince my wife.

We tried it a couple times and thought the food was ok, nothing special. The service was poor, definitely not Disney.

We ate there last year, the food was plentiful and very tasty! We enjoyed it very much! And I discovered a new love...plaintains!

i love bongos we go ther every time it is the best i just love it the only problm is that it is not part of the 2009 dining plan but we still go :mickey:

We went a few years ago and it was great. If you are a fan of latina/cuban food its quite yummu and a quieter atmosphere then some of the DP restaurants.

We've been to Bongos several times...usually for lunch. I highly recommend it! This is an often overlooked jewel. Grab a cuban sandwhich and a mojito and you will have a GREAT afternoon!

If memory serves, the food is decent, the bar is nice and the late night atmosphere can be quite fun there. Give it a try.

I haven't eaten there in a while, but from what I remember the food was good.The atmosphere was a little noisy though.
