Grand Villa AKL

My home resort is AKL and I am in the planning stage for 2010 I am looking for Thanksgiving or day after until the following Fri or Sat. Has anyone stayed in the Grand villa? I will have to bank, and borrow to stay for that long. I will even have to stay Fri and Sat in two studios then move to GV on Sunday to Sat to afford it. My question is there are 7 of us all adults. Is it worth it?:confused: I think we could manage in a 2 bdr but I am not sure? Any opinions would be appreciated!:mickey:

I don't think I would try 7 adults in a 2BR. Not unless they want to get very cozy.

I've never stayed in the AKL Grand Villa, but I have toured the SSR one and it's gorgeous.

They are a lot of point, though, so I guess you need to decide whether or not you want to use all your points up like that in one shot.

Could you maybe do points for some and then let the others contribute money towards a cash reservation?
