What are the chances WDW will bring back the characters to LTT during the parties, MNSSHP and MVMCP?

I would guess very low. The only things that might bring back characters are a high percentage of unbooked ADR slots or numerous emails asking for the return of the characters.

I would think that there are two options here...slim and none!!! Look at all of the "small" cuts (in the bean counters eyes) that have occurred in the past year.

You're more of an optimist than I. Money talks, that's what I think is the only chance of them returning. But actually, I would guess that LLT goes into seasonal status if people don't book it. Bean counters will then think it's just unpopular, so cut food service hours and shutter the building.
