Blizzard Beach in January?

We were thinking about doing Blizzard Beach during our trip at the end of January -- anyone think that's a crazy idea?! Will we freeze our tuckeses off?

Any experiences shared are most welcome.

I've been to the water parks in every month... you just never know which week will be 50 and which will be 80.

You really don't know for sure. But we were there last week and easily could have enjoyed BB on 2 or 3 of the days we were there (temps in upper 70s to low 80s). So it is possible! We chose not to go due to other activities, but we could have.

So is the water heated? And if it is, does it make much of a difference?

The water is heated, and it does make a difference while you're in the water. It's getting out of the water that's difficult.
