How do you know which night is the Pirate night?

It's printed on your Navigator, top right hand side, under "Evening Attire" & "Dinner Menu". If you're still referring to the 7 night Eastern, it's currently on Thursday night.

Yes, it's available on the 3 night cruise as well.
