I believe that all dining credits expire at midnight the day of check out.:mickey:

Sorry! They are "use 'em or lose 'em" credits that expire once you leave from your original trip.

I know that the DDP that DH and I doing in 2 weeks has a use it or lose it clause. If you don't use them ALL during your trip, you lose them.
