Planning my trip for next December! Can someone tell me what the deal is with the "Holiday Pricing" at certain restaurants? I can't find actual prices and that is important in helping me decide whether to do the DDP or not! Thanks

Figment!

The Holiday Premium is not a new set of prices, rather it is an amount that is applied to the regular prices.

From Holiday Dining Premium Dates (http://www.intercot.com/discussion/../infocentral/dining/holidaydining.asp)
During these select periods, an additional premium of $4 per Adult (Guests ages 10 and up) and $2 per child (Guests 3 - 9) is added to the regular meal cost.

Regarding the Disney Dining Plan, a Table Service or Signature Dining Credit covers both the regular meal cost (as per the guidelines) and the Holiday Premium (when applicable).

how do i figure out tax?Tax is included in the Disney Dining Plan, although Gratuity is not. I believe the receipts will give you suggested gratuity amounts for your convenience.

If you are trying to figure out what tax would be if you paid out of pocket, I believe it would be 6% of the meal cost.
