Duodentitis

After feeling off for five months I had an upper GI Christmas eve day and it showed that I had mild duodentitis.

I was told I could take prilosec once or twice a day and to stay on it for a while.

It seems this past week I have felt worse...lots of nausea coming and going and very tired with low energy.

Has anyone else ever had this. I don't know if what I am feeling is all connected to the duodentitis. I do know the gnawing in my gut is pretty much there all the time. I am always aware that something isn't right.

I don't know anything about duodentitis, but I do know about a gnawing in the gut. Turns out mine was due to totally unknown and unsuspected food allergies (all things that I liked and ate a lot of). My doctor diagnosed the allergies with a blood test, and as soon as I stopped eating those things, no more stomach pain!

I would give a call to your doctor or pharmacist. Nausea is listed as a serious side effect of Prilosec and drowsiness as a rare side effect.
