Why did they change the name from Parrot Cay to Caribbean Cay? Did they have parrots on the island if so do they still?

They did if fact have parrots way back then. They are not there anymore. They went to AK.

So Animal Kingdom appearance seems to be the reason for closing or changing any other place with animals?
