Glass Bottom Boat & Atlantis in Nassau

Has anyone ever done the Glass Bottom Boat excursion? Is it worth the money? Also, do you have to purchase tickets to see the aquarium at Atlantis. I've read that you can just walk the resort & see the aquarium & stores without paying, you just don't have access to their beach area. Does anyone know if this is true? You can freely access the stores in the Marina Village, the casino, restaurants in the main buildings, and see into one part of the Dig (the main aquarium tank).

You cannot walk out onto the grounds where are the pools, beaches, and other 'aquarium' exhibits, without buying one of the passes.
