Have the villas been renovated recently? or, are they showing a lot of wear and tear?

We stayed there a year ago Christmas 2007 - I think they are holding up pretty well. Stayed at BW this past Thanksgiving - some areas there are looking a little worn.

I know that they are renovating Stormalong Bay because they sent us a letter that parts of it will be closed during our stay in February. When we were in WDW in 11/07, we saw the front being repainted.
I didn't think it looked too bad back then. We will see in 28 days!
