Early check in?

We will be checking in on New Year’s Eve. How early can you check in at FW for a campsite? Knowing that the traffic will be horrible:mad:, we would like to get there early to beat it. If you can not check in early, can you drop your trailer off in the overflow parking until your site is ready?

You can check in early but there's no guarantee your site will be ready for you. My understanding is that you will be able to leave your camper in the lot until later in the day when your site is ready.

I believe you can check in anytime that day. They will even give you the pass for the car. But, I have had to call back later in the day to find out what site I was in.
