Does anyone know if SunTrust is still an ATM machine at WDW? I hate paying bank fees, and we have a SunTrust branch here in Baltimore less than a mile from my house. Are there any other banks? I thought there was a Chevy Chase Bank too. Help??

The majority of the ATMs at WDW are Chase. There might be a Sun Trust near Downtown Disney.

I'm 99% sure all the ATMs on property are owned by Chase Bank. The ATMs all used to be Sun Trust, but that changed some time ago.

There is a branch office of Sun Trust and an ATM across the street from Downtown Disney on Buena Vista Drive near Hotel Plaza Blvd.

I don't believe I've seen any Chevy Chase ATMs anywhere in the area. As a former "Baltimoron", seeing one of their ATMs would have stuck in my mind. Their website shows none at all in Central Florida.

When I checked the link in info central it states there are Bank One ATMs. I thought they were Chevy Chase. Is that correct? Or is that different from Chase? I am confused. Sorry.
I am so confused. We have no Chase banks any where local, so it looks like I will be spending the fees, or opening a Suntrust and using it at DTD or the Wallie world store on Vineland. So much for saving $$.

I used the ATM at GF by the restrooms in August. I can't remember the bank for sure but I think it was Chase.

Wow! We need to get that updated. They're definitely Chase Bank ATMs, according to WDW's website.

Chase Bank and CHEVY Chase Bank are two totally separate companies. Chevy Chase Bank is apparently located only in the Maryland/Virginia area.

I am assuming that since you are looking to make bank withdrawls that you are opposed to using credit cards. Rather than waste money on bank fees could you perhaps use a visa debit card that takes the money right out of your account as you use it? To me that would save time, money, and hassle and is not a credit card since the payment comes right out of your account. My personal favorite though is to buy everything on the Disney Rewards Visa to save points for my next trip. In a little over a year we had over $600 in free money to spend, and since we pay our balance off in full each month it did not cost us a thing. Even if you just put what you spend on your trip on it you would get a little free money for the future. If you track what you spend you could then pay it off in full when you get home. Just my two cents. You should always do what is best for your family.
