Shipping Package to Pop Century

Good evening/morning/afternoon everyone (depending on when you read this ;))! I have a question about shipping a package to Pop Century for my stay. I have the package all ready, I just need to add the address to it. How should I format it? I was thinking:


Disney's Pop Century
1050 Century Drive
Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830

Guest: John Doe
Arriving: December, 14, 2008
Confirmation: 123456789

I was also going to order online from Staples. The way their form is filled out online, it looks like:
Guest: John Doe
Disney's Pop Century
1050 Century Drive
Lake Buena Vista, FL, 32830
(407) 938-4000

Will these be sufficient? I just want to make sure that I get my packages. I've never shipped anything like this before! Thanks again!

The top one is the preferred way to address the form, but the bottom one should get to you as well. With the top form there's just less chance of a mix up.

The problem with the second one us that it is an online form. There is no spot to put the confirmation number.
