1900 Park Fare Breakfast

Is after 10 a.m. too late to enjoy the characters and a hot meal? We really hope to see Mary Poppins. How can we check if she is going to be there? Any feedback would be great. Thanks!
We are there from Dec. 14-20 and can't wait!!!

When we had breakfast there it was around 9:45 or 10 and our breakfast was still hot. As for Mary she does her meet and greet out in the lobby.
