I don't know if I am allowed to post their website, but its one of the home shopping channels, not the one located in Tampa but the one located in Pennsylvannia. They have many different types of "packages" that they sell.

my mom went to a wedding once where they used these as favors I believe... or perhaps they made their own prindables-inspired apples... but nonetheless, I am definitely ripping off that idea in a few years!!!
