Windows Vista, anyone?!

Hey, if anyone could help me out that would be great. I am trying to install Word on my computer that has Vista and it turns out I need to turn on the secret administrator account. This is not the same as me being an administrator on my computer... But the things I've read about it make it sound like I could really mess things up if I do it wrong... Anyone know exactly what I should do and the pros and cons of doing it??

I have Vista but it came with word loaded on it so I'm not sure. I looked around on my computer but couldn't find anything either. :( Of course, I know next to nothing about computers so don't lose hope! Is there a help line you can call? Good luck!

Yes, you need to log on as administrator. Did you try giving your user name administrator rights? Also, for some programs, you need to right click and choose "run as administrator."
