I just finished Creating Magic: 10 Common Sense Leadership Strategies from a Life at Disney by Lee Cockerell. It's a good read and has a lot of practical ideas you can use just about anywhere. Lee was the Executive Vice-President of Operations at Walt Disney World Resort when he retired (the title is a little misleading since he only worked for Disney for about 15 years.) Don't expect a lot of insider information on Walt Disney World.
Unlike other leadership books, Lee points out mistakes he's made along the way and how he's learned from them and changed. If you are a student of leadership, I recommend checking out this book.
