just got back from 7 days in the world. :(....Cosmic rays was terrible...changed menu,lousy food, idont know what happened. weve been goin there 4 years and always loved it. i was totally dissappointed.:down:

Agreed, when we went in September it was gross and even worse, it was the only thing open on extended hours. They only had the burger section open and it was blech!:sick:

Wow, that unusual. This is pretty popular CS restaurant. It was earlier this year, but in March we ate there and it seemed the same as always. Got the ckn, and it was really good.

We were there in September and loved it--it became our new favorite counter service. DH had the turkey wrap and I had the barbecued pull pork with eclipse chips and it was outstanding. We rarely eat burgers anywhere at Disney unless we are desperate.

Same for us in October. Yes there were menu changes from a year ago but the food was fine.

Hmm, that's odd.

We ate there twice in October, and the food was very good. I had a great chicken Ceasar salad that was excellent. I also had a chicken sandwich that was very good, and the toppings bar was great. Fries were very fresh and hot.

Maybe you just hit a bad day.

We had a chicken ceasar on the sandwich side in October like we always do and it was great.

I don't know if it was just a bad day.. I was with disneychick62 and there was a woman standing by Bay 3 telling people that it was closed and it wasn't re-opening. Good thing for POFQ...they had a wonderful chicken ceasar salad that 2 people could share!

I will research this matter further in December :eat: I have never had a bad exerience with the food at Cosmic Rays.

I have always been bothered by the fact that you can't order ALL of your food in one line. It is very hard when you have children, because everyone wants something different. It takes forever getting through each line for four different meals. It is easier for the CMs and the restaurant, but not for us customers.

No! And as someone else mentioned this is especially difficult when you have children that are old enough to have a preference but too young to stand in line by themselves so everyone can eat at approximately the same time.
