We plan to go to DHS the night we arrive. 12/7Hope to get there by 6:30-7. They close at 8 and have EMH untill 11. I am hoping to get on TSM (toy story ride) that night. How does this work at EMH. Are there still ppl with Fastpasses to use or do they expire when EMH strat? I do not want to wait all night in line.

we had also planned a day at DHS but were not going to arrive until 1-2pm. But if we miss TSM on our first night I think we will miss it this day. Would we have to go in the Am to get the fast Pass? I guess we could go early and go back to resort midday and return to park. We are at CSR, how long is the commute usually..I think they are close?!?!?

We will be at Disney Dec. 3-10 and I'm worried about TSM myself my plan is to get there early on the 4th so I can ride it at least once on our trip. I don't know if you are with the cheerleading and pop warner groups but Disney is booked to capacity the 7-12 od Dec. With the FP I don't believe they open more FP for the EMH but hopefully the crowds and line are smaller during EMH. Have a great trip!

Get in line at 10:55 PM. It worked for me. We walked in up to Potato Head with only a 15-20 minute wait. Most people have left or are heading to the exits by then. Our EMH ended at midnight, and we got there at 11:55. Desperate lines call for desperate measures.

We were there 10/18-25. Went to DHS twice, and both times FP for TSM were gone by around 11:30 am. We did not go to DSH during EMH, so I'm not sure how that would work, but during other EMHs, I can tell you that waits at the more popular attractions have been pretty lengthy.

That being said, I will tell you that TSM is absolutely worth the wait. We were fortunate enough to do it twice, and I'd have done it more than that if I could.

Have a great trip!:mickey:

Get in line right before EMHs end (we did this in June). Or, get in line before the second showing of Fantasmic! lets out, which will be after regular park hours have ended (we did this in October). We waited 30-40 minutes each time, which wasn't bad at all. Each time, the quoted wait time was 70-80 minutes, but the queue did not extend outdoors, and there were no longer any people entering with FPs, so we figured the wait likely would not be that long.

As far as FPs during EMHs are concerned, we found that in June, they were giving out FPs for ToT, while in October they were distributing FPs for RnRR. The stand-by wait times for both of these attractions were short. At the end of EMHs in October, we rode ToT several times in a row without any wait at all. We were the only people in the elevator one of the times we rode. :mickey:

We just returned saturday from a week in the world and let me tell you... the week we go in november is a very slow week...light crowds and barely any lines for the rides. TSM is a different story though.. we got to DHS an hour before opening and the CM's for the ride escort the crowd to TSM (thank god they do). We grabbed fastpasses and then went in the standby line so we got to go on twice without waiting in a long line. This ride is amazing and not to be missed, so I strongly suggest you make a little time to get there for park opening so you can experience the ride. We tried going on in the afternoon and fastpasses were gone by 11am, and the line wait was at 100 minutes!!!! It is just impossible to get on without a long wait in the afternoon.

I just have to tell you that it's worth getting to see. We went last month and I thought if we couldn't get FP's we'd just skip it until our next trip in about 3 years. We did get FP's and I was thrilled we did it, very fun ride!
