Tusker House dinner??

Hi :mickey: We've done Tusker House buffet for breakfast (Donald's Safari Breakfast). We loved it, great food, great atmosphere...would do it again. I'm curious about their buffet dinner menu?? What type of food is it? Would you liken it to Chef Mickey's type or Boma (ie: all-around american food or flavors of Africa)??

Although I haven't eaten dinner there, I have had the lunch buffet and I'd assume that dinner is very similar. I'd definitely liken it to Boma (but without the Butternut Squash soup). I thought it was VERY much like Boma, so that if you weren't inclined to leave the park and drive over to Boma, you'd get virtually the same type of meal at Tusker House. I really liked it.
