Anyone have any idea why the minimum height for Soarin in DW is 40 and in California Adventure its 42?

I don't know, but the restriction for the Grizzly and Kali rapids are different too. I wonder if California has more strict requirements. Everything in California seems to have some legal warning on it. Just a guess; I really don't know why.
