Karlheinz Rouillier of Pawtucket, 25, is being held at the ACI on charges he robbed the Cumberland Farms store on Route 1 in South Attleboro at knifepoint Sunday morning.

The Sun Chronicle reports police were led to Rouillier because he reportedly left his wallet at the robbery scene. The wallet contained his driver’s license. He’s also accused of robbing a Shell gas station in Pawtucket and a convenience store in Providence last weekend.


HAHA! I had to share this with you guys. I was reading it at lunch and almost spit out my water I was drinking when I got to the "left his wallet" part....Reminds me of a story a friend told me that she knew someone that was a bank teller and someone robbed the bank she worked at with a note written on the back of his deposit slip....lol...thats just d-u-m-m dumb lol

I used to live in that town and I've stopped at that Cumbie's more than once . . . lol

It reminds me of the genius when I was in high school who hijacked a RIPTA bus while wearing his varsity jacket. :D

My Sister-in-law lives about a mile from this store. We have stopped there many times to gas up before heading back home.

That's nothing. A couple years ago one of the banks in our town was held up- by its own bank manager, who wasn't wearing a mask, and then claimed he wasn't involved.

As my mother always says, "Stupid people shouldn't breathe." It would certainly cut down on the excess population lol
