That sounds like a great plan. Personally, I tend to shy away from too many sit down meals because I prefer not to flip and flop on rides on a full stomach as the results are usually very bad but if that sort of plan works for you then congrats.

You've made some good restaurant selections, though I am kind of concerned about day 4. I'm going to guess you are staying at AKL and that's why Boma is on there twice. If not, I hope the plan isn't to go to Epcot, go to AKL for lunch, and then go back to Epcot because that's going to be, like, a 4-5 hour meal.
