AKL Questions

Because of the economy, we just modified our Thanksgiving trip from GF to AKL and having never stayed there before are wondering about the rooms. Have they renovated recently and do they have comfortable beds, flat screen TVs, IPOD docks, etc. We know we love the common areas, but are curious about the rooms. THanks for any input.

The AKL rooms are very nice and the whole hotel is wonderful. However in my room there was certainly no ipod dock or flat screen tv. But don't let that put you off, it's an amazing hotel and everyone is very friendly and having the animals there really enhances the experience. Oh, and the beds were very comfortable.

This post made me smile. Funny how one persons downgrade is another persons upgrade.
We are traveling in Dec and upgraded from POFQ to AKL and are so excited to be able to do this for so little extra.
