MK stores

We're planning a trip 16-20 Jan 09. Magic Kingodm has EMH nighttime on 18 Jan which we plan to take advantage of. My question: we want to save Main Street stores as we are leaving that night; trying to go to the rides and such first. Will the stores be open until the park closes at around 1AM that night or do they close at the normal closing time of 11pm? Thanks for any answers a head of time.

The shops have always been open in the past, so you should be ok with that idea:thumbsup:

Any time I have been in any of the parks the stores have always been open till the end of the EMH hours....you definitely should be safe :mickey:

The stores always stay open so that the hundred of people that are thinking like you can make their purchases. To close the stores would be like throwing money out the window. When I was in business if people were buying I would remain open for them.

The Main Street shops will be open, but they close a lot of the smaller shops in the individual lands earlier.

Do you really think that Disney would miss a chance to make more money off of you?!? The shops will remain open as long as there are people present to go in them.
