Excursions Advice?

We are set to sail the Western Carribean in February. Any advice for some cool excursions for a family of 4 with a 9 and 11 year old? My 11 year old wants to parasail on Castaway Cay - but she is 58 pounds dripping wet - I am assuming she will have to tandum with me or her dad?
