I just had to share my excitement with my Intercot family. I just booked Wilderness Lodge (with the assistance of my sidekick Terrisue from MJ) for the first week of Dec. '09 for only $144. per night with the PIN code I received. We have never stayed at this resort and I am super thrilled. The photos I have seen around the net are absolutely beautiful, especially all decorated for the holidays!!!

Wow - that's a FABULOUS price for WL. You'll love it there. Congratulations on your good fortune! I think we paid $179 in late July for a Courtyard view . . . thanks to Terrisue! :mickey: Isn't she great?! :mickey: I can only imagine how beautiful the lodge is during the holidays . . .

Did you say 2009? We are tentatively planning for a Christmas trip next year and are hoping for some kind of discount.

The Pin code is emailed or mailed diresctly to your home completely randomly by Disney. To be honest, it took me years to receive a code and all the sudden I received a code for free dining for my upcoming trip and a code for 40%Off for my '09 vacation. My advice is to sign up to receive anything Disney has to offer, newsletters, wedding info., planning videos, etc.

We just got back and we are already booked
for March 2009. I wish I would get a pin code.
I have never gotten a great deal like that. I do
get the Florida resident code and I am a pass
holder so that works as well. Have a great time.
The holidays are so pretty there. :mickey:

I've stayed at WL during the holiday season. To say that it is beautiful at time is a vast understatement.

Just walking into the lobby and seeing that magnificant tree that towers up many floors and the roaring fireplace is an experience.

I'm not saying all the other resorts aren't beautiful during the holidays but there is something about the WL during that time of year that really warms your heart. :ornament:
