SmallWorlds is not available. They are updating for the next beta phase. They say they will be off line for the next 8 hours on Monday October 21st??? It is the 20th...:confused:So maybe that means they will be up and running later today.:thumbsup::dance::thumbsup::tink:

I'm figuring that 'cos the game developers / staff are in NZ, they were looking at the calendar and thinking 'Oct 21' but put Monday instead - maybe the majority of players are in North & South America, as well as UK.

They must have changed the date on SW - it now says Monday, October 20.

They closed the site at 2pm PT (5pm EST), so hopefully the next beta phase will be up and running around 10pm PT (1am EST)...

I believe I have figured out the problem it seems there is some issue with certain email types they have said both Yahoo and Hotmail email address are not working. So for the time being I switched my email to a gmail which is googles email and it worked! Hopefully they fix the issue soon.

What did you use as an email when you changed it? I tried changing mine at first to the same email and it didn't work so when I did my gmail account I got the email asking me to confirm and after I did that it took me back to the smallworlds site and I was able to log on.

I just got on SW. It did take a few min. to get on but I may it. Infact I just put two new arcade games in there and fix one of my big pictures.

They might have fixed something Figgie. I just had them send me an email verification on a yahoo account. I went to that account and followed the link back. Then it put me on a log in window and I'm in.

If you are having issues with the verification email not reaching your email here are some steps to verify in a different way.

1. Send an email to [email protected] no body or subject is needed.
2. Make sure it will be from the email address you need to verify.

Once you have sent this give it two or three minutes and then try to login.

Due to the email issues there will be no confirmation that your account has been verified in this way.That worked for me!

This is a problem that everybody seems to be having. According to the staff at Smallworlds it is a problem on YouTube's end because apparently they changed something. So they say they are trying to fix it hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Should I be mad that I can't sign into my DisneyDreamin account on there? They have me locked out of my account for some reason only known to themselves. grrr

They didn't lock you out you need to verify your email again if you haven't logged in since they updated the game last time. They should have sent you an email asking you to verify your account if they didn't follow these instructions and it should help.
