If we choose to take a limo service from the airport to our hotel, will our bags still come through the ME the same way?

In all of their written materials, Disney says you can't book DME as a luggage-only service.

As stated above, Magical Express cannot be used as a luggage only transfer service on the way to your resort per Disney policy. At least one member of your party would have to utilize the Magical Express bus service in order to have the luggage automatically transferred.
