What if someone is a no show at CRT?

We are going to have lunch at CRT. We are not on the DDP so it has been paid for already. I am curious what happens if 1 person in our group is not able to make it, are we given a refund for their meal since the rest of us where there or are we out of luck?

My understanding is that the deposits are non-refundable, so you would have to pay.

I believe that unless you cancel that one person's ressies 24 hrs in advance, they still keep your money.

That's what I was thinking. The last time we went we had someone sick:ill: the morning of our Princess Storybook Breakfast so we were less one for that and they didn't charge us for him. But with paying ahead of time I didn't know how they would handle that.

A few years ago, a sickness probably would have been met with an understanding CM, these days, I would expect them to just pocket the cash.
