Dining Plan - Counter Service question

Hello, quick question; we'll be doing the Dining Plan for our coming trip in March, and will be staying at Pop Century. Am I right to assume that all meals (lunch and dinner) served at the everything pop food court qualify as a counter service meal?? (things like mom's night out special).
