Disney Mania Question # 14

Suppose you have just won an all expense paid trip to Walt Disney World and the resorts they give you to choose from are the Beach Club, Yacht Club, or Boardwalk. Which do you choose and why?

I voted for the BW. This is my home away from home resort - I love pretty much everything about it. I think it's pretty. I like the location. I love the pool area and Leaping Libations. I enjoy the boardwalk, park access and all the restaurants that are right there. :mickey:

I chose BC because I've wanted to stay there since the first time I went there about 5 years ago! I love the feel of it and its proximity to Epcot. That said, I also would love to stay at BW! I really love the atmosphere there, too!

I picked the YC. I love the pool there, and hope to stay there next summer.

BC. I've stayed at BC and BW but have to go with BC due to being cleaner and a few steps closer to Epcot...my fav

I haven't stayed at any of them and would love to stay at all of them. But I voted for BW. I think that one looks neat. My girls would love the slide in the pool.:mickey:

I also voted for Boardwalk. I like the location, pool etc.:thumbsup:

I voted BC for two reasons:
1) We took a 2 week vacation at BC and have sooo many happy memories!

2) My Aunt was a CM there for quite some time before heading over to MK. She was a great person who always had a smile on her face for all guests of WDW. Staying there reminds me of her and her fabulous attitude!

I voted for Yacht Club. I've only stayed at the YC and the BC, and I prefer the YC. It is quieter and a little more formal which I like. Also when I stayed at the YC with my family, it was my grandparents first time at WDW and I have a lot of special memories from that trip. One of my favorite memories of WDW is sitting on our room balcony with my grandparents watching Illuminations. Something I will never forget.

I voted BC. I have only stayed at BW and that was a unique experience no one else will ever have. YC just gives the air of a stuffiness that I would not want to stay at. When the word "yacht" comes into play, it reminds me of very stuffy, old, wealthy people that are very exclusionary (picture Judge Smails vs Al Czervic)

I chose BW- It looks really fun and I like the look of the pool- the rooms etc. I also like the fact it's pretty close to Epcot & DHS.

I voted for Yacht Club due to sentimental reasons...it's where DH and I spent our honeymoon and it was where we stayed with DS's on their very first trips to the world. :mickey:

I voted Boardwalk-It is the only one of these I have stayed at. Yacht Club always reminds me of those 1980's Banana Rebublic ads for some reason.
