Dining Plan - Less restaurants then before?

Hello,

I am considering the DDP for our upcoming trip in March, but when I look at the list of participating restaurants for 2009 via the disney website, the list seems smaller then other years. I find that especially over at EPCOT, many are not available (Japan, France, Italy). Can someone confirm if the list has indeed diminished over the years? Do restaurants get added along the way?

Sept 99 - AS Movies (Honeymoon)
Jan 01 - AS Movies
Sept 04 - Pop Century
Feb 06 - Disneyland
Feb 07 - Universal Studios Florida
Mar 08 - Pop Century

Locations that aren't owned by Disney have until later this year to decide if they want to participate in the dining plans.
I'm not sure when it is exactly but by the 1st of the year everything should be finalized.

We went in Feb last year and by the time we were set to go all the places had been added to the DP. Just use 2008 as a guide to which are included to help you plan:mickey:
