Christmas in WDW??

I'm so excited. We are heading to the world in June 2009 but also just decided to spend Christmas in WDW as well! I can't wait!

We drive down so I'm planning on leaving Boston 12/22/09 and arriving early Christmas Eve Day. Has anyone actually done Christmas in Disney??? I heard you can order a tree for the room?

I do know that many people put trees up in their room. Not sure if they order them or bring them.

The trees that you can order for the room (I believe it's through the Disney Florist) are very expensive, so I'd suggest bringing a small fake tree with you along with a few decorations.

We have been many times over Christmas and may go again this year.

We go to Walmart or Target once there and buy a small tree and lights. They are always heavily discounted by this time. The small tree usually costs around 10 bucks.

Be prepared for crowds like you've never seen. Get to the parks as they open and you can still do most things. It's a great time of year to be at WDW.
