Yes, they do. They've also added benches for people to sit on.

Oh great.... when I took my niece with cancer, we got upgraded from a wing room to a MK tower room and my girls just loved it. I am someday going to fork out the money for a MK view room, in memory of Lindsey, but couldnt' afford to do it this year..... so this 4th floor deck is the view we had when we watched with her. Planning on doing it for the MVMCP fireworks as we are not doing the party this year.....
