What are the odds we can make it from a 8 o'clock Spectro to the Cali Grill before the fireworks?

Should be doable depending on what time Spectro is and when Wishes is. It is only about a 10 minute walk from MK to CR. Another 5 minutes or so up to Cali Grill.
