When is the earliest you can make a reservation for Chef Mickeys. We are scheduled for a May 2009 trip.

180 days in advance. So that'll be some time in November for you.

Due to a refurbishment of the dining/telephone system, however, for you it might be less than 180 days. The new system was supposed to be up-and-running by October 24, but that's been pushed back approximately a month, to a date in November that I can't recall right now. When the new system starts, Advance Dining Reservations (ADRs) will be able to be made online as well as by phone at 407-WDW-DINE.
