Where would you stay during Christmas?

Would have to be Wilderness Lodge, I love that big Christmas tree! That and I would stay there any time of year, it's just one of the best resorts IMHO.

A good close second would be Grand Floridian....mmmm gingerbread!

Although we've never stayed there, I would say WL also. It just feels warm and cozy to me-I can imagine sitting by the fire, drinking hot cocoa-
Now if only they could make it snow right over WL....

We're staying at POR Riverside......but I think that WL would have more of a back home, country feel to it....it matters not, 'cause either way we'll be at Disney !!!:mickey:

Difficult decision: Boardwalk, Animal Kingdom Lodge, and Poly have gingerbread displays; Grand Floridian has the large gingerbread house; Wilderness lodge has the large Christmas tree. Thank God for resort hopping! We have stayed at the Wilderness Lodge at Christmas time and loved it. Good luck with your decision.

Not that it has that "traditional" Christmas feel, it just happens to be my favorite resort.:D

Well we are taking our first Christmas WDW trip in Dec and staying at AKL for the first time, so I hope for us this is the place.

I'd have to go with the Wilderness Lodge... we stayed there in October '01 for our honeymoon and I can only imagine how beautiful the place must be when they have all the Christmas decorations up...

im thinking of going in phuket thailand because i've heard that this place is very nice..hmmm but since my budget is not enough so i'll prefer to go in Boracay Philippines because of cheaper cost of accommodation..

My wife and I have had the pleasure of staying at all the deluxe resorts including DVC for the holidays. For us, without a doubt the Wilderness Lodge is the place.:thumbsup:

I would say GF followed closely by WL. 2 totally different vibes but still ultra holiday like!

Without a doubt, Wilderness Lodge. You just can't get any more Christmas at WDW than at WL.

I have stayed at the Grand Floridian before.....so its tough but I would want to try out Wilderness Lodge and take one of those sleigh rides from the resort with some hot chocolate!

Most are going to say either the Grand Floridian or Wilderness Lodge - I LOVE the Boardwalk at the holidays. Lots of traditional ornaments and poinsettas everywhere. Not to mention being within walking distance of Epcot and Studios for all the festivities there makes you feel right in the action.

One of these days.....I would love to stay at GF durring the holidays. My DW and I both love the Victorian style and GF has it all. :cloud9:

Of course, the WL would be nice too.

Have to put in another vote for WL..stayed there in December 06...visitied other resorts (GF, POFQ)..but WL with the log cabin theme, huge tree & fireplace was the best one in my opinion. :mickey:
