what size are the batteries for the build your own light sabre?
do they already come with it or do you buy them seporately?

They put in a (I believe) size D battery into your lightsaber when you first build it so it is ready for you to go. After that, you have to replace them yourself, but they're not hard to find at stores :)

The ones I saw them using last week when we were there were either C's or D's, I couldn't really see which one. But either way, they give you your first set and then you can find them anywhere after that.

almost positive the Light Saber's take 2 C batteries.

You can make your own lightsabers at the "Once Upon a Toy" store in DTD. They cost $20.00 (quite the buy, if you ask me)

Rekced is correct - the lightsabers take two C batteries. When you go to the register to pay for the "Make Your Own Lightsaber" they'll give you the batteries for the unit.
