Does anyone know if there is an official open date yet for the T-Rex Cafe in DTD? And if they are taking ADR's yet?

I emailed the company... They said they are NOT taking ADRs right away, and that it will be a walk up at first... They are hoping to open in October 2008.... ADR's will start sometime in 2009...

1) Opens October 14th.
2) No ADR's for the balance of 2008.
3) Unknown if 2009 ADR's are through Disney or just through T-Rex.
