Did we get everything we need?

We received are ME luggage tags and the transportation vouchers awhile ago but never received any letter or comfirmation for the hotel. They gave me a number over the phone when I put down my deposit, so is that all I need? I feel like I should have received something else. :mickey:

im thinking you might be missing something. the dme tags usually come seperatly. then you get a packet that has a basic paper with everything you get and then you get a package that has everything from the resort checkin to the golf voucher the planet hollywood voucher etc. i would call and confirm. you should receive this once your fully paid.

If you booked a room only reservation, all you'll get is the initial confirmation. If you booked a package, you'll get a packet of information (usually 2-4 weeks before your arrival).

The only thing I ever get for our room only ressie is an email confirmation.

we always get a package with coupons and luggage tags, separate from ME but ME comes first then you get the luggage tags and coupons closer to the trip.
