Can these only be purchased at the parks? I can't seem to find them online.

Go to the MYW tickets purchasing screen. In the upper left-hand corner there is a drop-down for other tickets. The season passes can be found there.

You can only purchase a Seasonal Pass if you are a Florida Resident. You would need to have proof of a Florida ID.

However, they do sell the annual passes for everyone.
