Easter Brunch at Epcot

We are heading to The World for another Easter vacation. Last year we debated about doing the Easter Brunch at Epcot, but decided not to. We are bouncing around the idea again for our up-coming trip in April. I have been searching all over the internet to find info about the brunch, but can't find alot of info.
I have a few questions:
1. Can I make ADR's for this when I make my ADR's in October?
2. Has anyone ever done this, and what did you think?
