Question about using your Disney Rewards card

Has anyone had any issues using their cards to purchase park passes with it? or any other tickets for that matter? I was told that since my card didnt have enough points I couldnt use it towards buying the halloween party tickets. That makes no sense to me you could just pay the balance off with your credit card. Grrr so fustrated :confused:

No, I've done that before. It helps to know your balance, so you can just say "charge $15 dollars to this card, and the remaining balance to this other card."

I have found, for me, the easiest way to use the card is as soon as there are some charges on my bill I go down and apply the entire balance to my account. I do the same for my gift cards.
This way I have taken care of them all at one time.
